In addition to the standard support you receive at our Vitality Fitness Club, you can opt for additional personal training. Here you get an hour long one on one training, where we have 100% attention and focus for you alone.

A personal trainer is there to motivate and coach you, so you can achieve your goals. What these goals are, you decide in consultation with the trainer. Think for example of losing weight, recovering from an injury or sport specific training. Each schedule is personal and customized.
