At Palace Hotel Noordwijk, you can start your vacation as soon as you step inside. We welcome you from 15:00 hours for check-in. Your room will then be ready for you to enjoy. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to Check-out before 11:00 AM., so that we can prepare everything for the next guests.

Do you have a car with you? No worries, we offer ample parking facilities so you can park without any concerns. There are charges for parking, but the convenience of the location makes it worthwhile.

Your faithful four-legged friend is also very welcome in our hotel. Upon check-in, you will receive a doggy bag with walking routes, poop bags, and a tasty dog snack! In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible for you and the other guests, some house rules regarding pets apply.

• One dog per room is allowed.

• Dogs are allowed in the standard, family, and superior rooms.

• The surcharge for the stay of your dog is €35.00 per night.

• During breakfast and lunch, dogs are allowed in the bar and foyer.

• During dinner, dogs are only allowed in the foyer (where we do not offer table service).

• Dogs are not allowed in our fitness/pool area.

• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in all public areas and in the parking garage.

• There is a clean-up obligation around our premises. 

• It is not allowed to let your dog on the bed or use the seating areas in your hotel room and/or public areas.

• Make sure your dog is not alone in the hotel room during cleaning. It is easiest if you discuss this with the reception or the concierge.

• Cats and other pets are not allowed.

The Swimming Pool & Sauna area offers you the pleasures of a pool, a sauna and a Turkish steam bath, free of charge for hotel guests.
