À la carte restaurant
We welcome you to our brand new à la carte restaurant Vloed. The restaurant, in addition to the well-known Valk Classics, also offers contemporary lunch and dinner dishes that go just a step further than you are used to at Van der Valk. Our experienced kitchen team lovingly prepares the tastiest fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes.

Mo - Fr | 07:00 – 10:30 hours
Sa - Su | 07:00 – 11:00 hours
Lunch: Mo – Su | 12:00–16:00
Dinner: Mo – Su | 17:00–22:00

Asian Bites & Cocktails
Mr. Sato offers a unique Asian shared dining concept. Enjoy delicious Japanese sushi and dishes with Vietnamese influences, perfect for sharing during drinks or as dinner and to combine with delicious cocktails.
