Mr. Sato is celebrating its first anniversary!

A year ago, Mr. Sato opened its doors in Vloed Loungebar. A new concept, an exciting idea, and above all, the question: would it catch on? We went for it with full enthusiasm, and it soon became clear that Mr. Sato was here to stay. 

On September 1st, Mr. Sato moved to Semmy's Bar, where we are still located today. With its own restaurant, an interior that perfectly suits Mr. Sato, and an atmospheric outdoor terrace, this has now become the place to enjoy our favorite Asian dishes. Curious about our menu?

The Sato Journey

Naturally, we would love to celebrate a year of Mr. Sato with you. That is why, throughout the entire month of September, we are presenting The Sato Journey: a specially curated 3-course dinner that takes you on a journey through the first year of Mr. Sato. 

The Sato Journey from Wednesday through Sunday. The evening begins with 'The Opening', a starter featuring various types of fish ceviche. Next, we serve 'The Art of Sushi', a tribute to one of our absolute favorites: our fresh, homemade sushi rolls. We close the evening with 'The Sweet Finale', a surprising and sweet conclusion to this special journey. 

Not a fan of the anniversary menu? No problem. Throughout the entire month of September, you can also simply enjoy our familiar à la carte menu at Mr. Sato.
