It’s Mr Sato’s birthday!

In 2025, Mr Sato opened its doors at Vloed Loungebar. A new concept, an exciting idea and, above all, the question: would it catch on? Positive reactions followed quickly, and Mr Sato grew to become a wonderful and valuable addition to our hotel.

On 1 September, Mr Sato moved to Semmy’s Bar, where we are still based today. With its own restaurant, an interior that perfectly suits Mr Sato and a charming new outdoor terrace, this has now become the place to be for enjoying our favourite Asian dishes.

The Sato Journey

Naturally, we would love to celebrate a year of Mr. Sato with you. That is why, throughout the entire month of September, we are presenting The Sato Journey: a specially curated 3-course dinner that takes you on a journey through the first year of Mr. Sato. 

The Sato Journey from Wednesday through Sunday. The evening begins with 'The Opening', a starter featuring various types of fish ceviche. Next, we serve 'The Art of Sushi', a tribute to one of our absolute favorites: our fresh, homemade sushi rolls. We close the evening with 'The Sweet Finale', a Flan with mango sorbet, peach compote and yuzu syrup.
