Staying overnight with your dog at Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk
Your loyal friend is also welcome at Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk! To make your stay and that of our other guests as pleasant as possible, we would like to inform you about the possibilities and the applicable house rules.
Our hotel allows a limited number of dogs. As a result, the number of available places for dogs is limited. Do you want to bring your dog? Always report this to us prior to your stay by mentioning it in the comment field when making your reservation, or by contacting us by email or phone. We can then check whether there is still space available for your dog.
If you bring your dog without reporting it in advance, this is at your own risk. If it turns out that your dog is not registered and there is no space available, we may not be able to allow your dog into the hotel. Bringing your dog without prior notification is not allowed. If you do this anyway, additional costs may be charged in addition to the regular dog surcharge.
Upon check-in, you will receive a dog bag with walking routes, poop bags, and a tasty dog snack!
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed per room.
Dogs are allowed in the standard, family, and superior rooms.
The surcharge for your dog's stay is € 35.00 per night.
During breakfast and lunch, dogs are allowed in the bar and foyer.
During dinner, dogs are only allowed in the foyer (we do not offer table service here).
Dogs are not allowed in our fitness/pool.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in all public areas and in the parking garage.
There is a cleanup obligation around our site.
It is not allowed to let your dog on the bed or use the seating areas in your hotel room and/or public areas.
Make sure that your dog is not alone in the hotel room during cleaning. It is easiest if you discuss this with the reception or the concierges.
Cats and other pets are not allowed
In case of damage and/or violation of the above rules, we may impose a fine.
Dog rules on the beach
Dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of both boulevards from June 1st to August 31st.
Dogs must be on a leash on certain sections of the beach from June 1st to August 31st.
There is a dog beach where dogs are welcome all year and do not need to be on a leash.
There is a cleanup obligation in some places.
