Amazing experiences on all fronts
University of Amsterdam
For a four-day conference for 150 people, we collaborated with Kimberley Sloos of Van der Valk Palace Hotel, and we have Great experiences on all fronts The preparations, putting us in touch with other local parties, the overall communication before and during the conference, the excellent help and services from Mekus and Kees on site, and the overall flexibility of Kimberley and the Van der Valk team to accommodate changing situations (the weather, changes in participant numbers) and make it a great event.
The rooms were also very beautiful and technically everything ran smoothly. From participants, many of whom were international, we received nothing but praise for the hotel rooms, and certainly also for the meals: the lunches and dinners that the chef and his team from Van der Valk had prepared for us were excellent, and the service was excellent, including the way they handled the participants' various dietary requirements.
All in all a great experience, hence this very positive review.

We were allowed to work during the NATO summit and to use the hotel's breakfast, lunch and meeting rooms. It was excellently arranged and the staff made sure we wanted for nothing. We would especially like to thank Lizette for this.
