Check-in

We request that you and/or your guest(s) present a valid form of identification at check-in. At check-in all hotel guests must be 18 years of age or older. Children under 18 must stay under parental supervision.

Guarantee

We guarantee to hold the reservation until 18:00 uur on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 18:00 uur, we ask you to contact the hotel reception.

Visit our à-la-carte lounge & bar concepts in Noordwijk aan Zee. Enjoy in restaurant Vloed from lunch and dinner with fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, or opt for shared dining at Mr. Sato with Asian flavors and cocktails. Reserve here.

Parking

Van der Valk Palace Hotel has a parking garage with 160 covered parking spaces, of which 6 charging points for electric cars. Parking on the premises is available for a fee and subject to availability.

• Check-in from 15:00 uur –Check-out until 11:00 uur.

• Earlier check-in or later check-out only on request and subject to availability; an additional charge may apply.

• Smoking ban in all rooms; in case of violation a fine of €250 applies.

• Hotel is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
