The Tulperij

From March 19, 2026, the Tulperij will be open again.

Go on a one-hour excursion at the Tulperij in Voorhout! Enjoy the tulip fields and the show garden with Daan or Anja and step into the wonderful world of tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, and dahlias.

Tulip field in spring

Spring is the time of tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths. During an excursion, you will learn all about the growth process of the bulb and the blooming of the fascinating tulip. The flower that everyone is so fond of and loves to take pictures with. Of course, you will have plenty of opportunities to take those coveted photos among and of the flowers. An experience to capture forever. The Tulperij can also be visited to pick your own bouquet of tulips and enjoy the garden.

Tulip picking in the autumn

In the autumn, the Tulperij revolves around dahlias. The show garden is full of over 600 varieties of dahlias. These dahlias are from local growers. Listen to the stories about the dahlias and learn all about this special flower. Don't forget to pick your own bouquet of flowers in the picking garden.

TIP: De Tulperij is a delightful stop during your walk or bike ride. Enjoy a homemade piece of cake and a cup of coffee there. Rent your (electric) bicycle at the hotel.
