These terms and conditions apply to the Win Back A Dinner - Restaurant Vloed at the Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk, located at Pickeplein 8, 2202CL in Noordwijk.

  • The action is aimed at increasing the number of reviews on Google and Tripadvisor for Restaurant Vloed (Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk), with the goal of improving visibility.

  • You can participate in this giveaway only once per email address.

  • Everyone who fills in their details and posts a review on Google or Tripadvisor, and thus participates in this promotion, agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

  • By posting a review on Google or Tripadvisor for Restaurant Vloed and following the Instagram account (@vloednoordwijk), you have the chance to win a 3-course lunch or dinner for 2 people at Restaurant Vloed, excluding drinks, located at Van der Valk Palace Hotel on Pickeplein 8, 2202CL Noordwijk, according to the conditions mentioned below.

  • The winner will be notified via the provided email address.

  • The winner may bring one person to have lunch or dinner at Restaurant Vloed, located on the ground floor of the Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk.

  • The lunch or dinner is not included:

    • Overnight stay

    • Drinks

    • Breakfast

    • Travel expenses

    • Parking costs

    • All other personal expenses

  • A winner is announced once every six months.

  • Participation is excluded for individuals under 18 years of age. Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk reserves the right to forfeit the prize if the participant is younger than 18 years old.

  • The winner may choose the date for the stay themselves, depending on availability and not valid on holidays or during the Flower Parade.

  • This prize is not transferable to other persons or exchangeable for cash, even if the winner already has an existing reservation at Restaurant Vloed (Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk).

  • For this giveaway, we collect personal data. This includes your gender, name, and email address. We do this carefully and in accordance with the GDPR guidelines.

  • As a winner, you will, if requested, cooperate in related publicity for promotional activities related to this prize draw. Winners who cooperate are not entitled to any form of compensation.
