TERMS AND CONDITIONS "WIN BACK YOUR DINNER" - RESTAURANT VLOED

These terms and conditions apply to the “Win Back A Dinner” promotion organized by Restaurant Vloed at the Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk, located at Picképlein 8, 2202CL Noordwijk.

• The promotion aims to increase the number of reviews on Google and Tripadvisor for Restaurant Vloed (Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk), with the goal of improving visibility.
• You may participate in this promotion only once per email address.
• Anyone who submits their details and posts a review on Google or Tripadvisor, and thus participates in the promotion, agrees to these terms and conditions.
• By posting a review on Google or Tripadvisor for Restaurant Vloed and following the Instagram account (@vloednoordwijk), you have a chance to win a 3-course lunch or dinner for two people at Restaurant Vloed, excluding drinks, located at the Van der Valk Palace Hotel, Picképlein 8, 2202CL Noordwijk, under the conditions listed below.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided.
• The winner may bring one guest to enjoy the lunch or dinner at Restaurant Vloed, located on the ground floor of the Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk.
• The lunch or dinner does not include:
  • Overnight stay
  • Beverages
  • Breakfast
  • Travel expenses
  • Parking fees
  • Any other personal expense
• One winner will be announced every six months
• Participation is not allowed for individuals under the age of 18. Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk reserves the right to revoke the prize if the participant is under 18
• The winner may choose the date for the lunch or dinner, subject to availability. The prize is not valid on public holidays or during the Flower Parade.
• This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, even if the winner already has a reservation at Restaurant Vloed (Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk).
• We collect personal data for this promotion, including your gender, name, and email address. We handle this data with care and in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• As a winner, you may be asked to participate in related publicity for promotional activities linked to this promotion. Winners who participate in publicity activities are not entitled to any form of compensation.
