Receive a Valk Giftcard with your business meeting

Turn your meeting, training, or multi-day gathering in Noordwijk into an extra valuable experience. Book a new business meeting with an arrival date between September 1 and December 31, 2026 and receive a Valk Giftcard worth €25 for every €500 spent.

The larger the meeting, the higher the reward. All costs on the final invoice count, including room rental, food and beverage, audiovisual equipment, and accommodations.

How it works

• For every €500, the company receives a Valk Giftcard of €25. This is stackable and is calculated based on the total final invoice, including all costs such as room rental, F&B, AV, and accommodations. This is based on amounts excluding VAT, tourist tax, and, if applicable, charged external costs.

• Giftcards are only awarded based on the final invoice after the booking has ended and the invoice has been fully paid.

• The promotion applies only to new, previously unregistered requests from June 17, 2026, with an arrival date between September 1 and December 31, 2026. Additionally, the promotion only applies to direct bookings through the hotel, sales, or the hotel's own website. Bookings through agencies, meeting brokers, or other platforms are excluded. Existing bookings are also excluded from the promotion.

• Rebookings or changes to existing reservations are not considered new bookings. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Van der Valk Hotel Noordwijk reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion. Participation may be refused or withdrawn in the event of abuse.

• The Valk Giftcard is provided digitally and will be emailed to the contact address known to us within 2 weeks after full payment of the invoice.
