Mr. Sato

Mr. Sato is the second restaurant at Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk. While Restaurant Vloed is known for its refined European cuisine, Mr. Sato offers a completely different culinary experience: a unique Asian sushi-fusion concept. The idea originated at Vloed Loungebar, where it was immediately well received by our guests. Due to its success, Mr. Sato now has its own dedicated restaurant space.

Since 1 September 2025, Mr. Sato has been located in Semmy’s Restobar on level (-1) of the hotel. The former bar has been transformed into an intimate and atmospheric Asian restaurant, featuring a mix of high and low tables and cozy nooks, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

Mr. Sato is all about high-quality Asian dishes and expertly crafted cocktails. From refined sushi rolls to flavorful main courses and creative cocktails, there is something for everyone.
