We are incredibly proud of our hotel. Every tile has been carefully chosen and every curtain passes through our fingers before being hung. A lot of renovation work has been done and the restaurant is now open!
Restaurant 'Vloed' is characterized by pure cuisine, dishes with local ingredients and a stylish decor that creates a wonderful feeling of coming home. A place where you can enjoy a combination of exquisite, modern seasonal dishes and the Valk Classics you are used to. All prepared with love by an experienced kitchen team and with fresh ingredients.
Proeftuin Noordwijk
In Proeftuin Noordwijk, chefs are inspired by seasonal produce grown locally. In Proeftuin Noordwijk, nine restaurants in the municipality of Noordwijk start translating the culinary tradition of the Garden of Holland. Restaurant Vloed participates with an honest and local dish. Come and taste the dish at restaurant Vloed!

We are proud to be affiliated with Euro-Toques, a quality mark exclusively for the best restaurants in the Netherlands. To be a member of Euro-Toques, a restaurant must fulfill many requirements, including working with pure, honest local products and sustainable business practices with an eye for nature. Each member of Euro-Toques has its own kitchen and identity, but together we share one common passion; cooking with honest products from the environment. In Noordwijk there are only two restaurants with this wonderful quality mark. We are very proud to be one of these restaurants.
