At the beginning of 2023, the restaurant and kitchen in our hotel underwent a major renovation. Every tile was carefully selected, and each curtain passed through our hands before being hung. The restaurant was officially able to open its doors on 5 April 2023.

Restaurant Vloed is characterised by pure cuisine, dishes prepared with local ingredients, and a stylish interior that creates a delightful sense of coming home. It is a place where you can enjoy a combination of exquisite, modern seasonal dishes and the Valk Classics you are familiar with. All lovingly prepared by an experienced kitchen team using fresh ingredients.

Proeftuin Noordwijk
In Proeftuin Noordwijk, chefs from Noordwijk draw inspiration from seasonal products grown locally. Within this initiative, nine restaurants in the municipality of Noordwijk work to translate the culinary tradition of the ‘Garden of Holland’ into contemporary cuisine. Restaurant Vloed participates with an honest and local dish. Come and taste it at Restaurant Vloed!

Euro-Toques
We are proudly affiliated with Euro-Toques, a quality label reserved for the finest restaurants in the Netherlands. To be a member of Euro-Toques, a restaurant must meet many requirements, including working with pure, honest products from the region and operating sustainably with respect for nature. Each Euro-Toques member has its own kitchen and identity, but together we share one common passion: cooking with honest, locally sourced products. In Noordwijk, only two restaurants hold this prestigious label. We are therefore extremely proud to be one of them.
