AMSTERDAMSE WATERLEIDINGDUINEN

Hiking

There are many beautiful hiking routes for everyone. The routes range from 4 to 30 km. It is even allowed to walk outside the paths! Dogs are not allowed.

Animals

Many animals can be spotted in the Amsterdamse Wateleidingduinen. There are around 2000 fallow deer, making it the largest population of fallow deer in the Netherlands. Besides fallow deer, there are many other animals to see, such as foxes, rabbits and numerous birds.

Access

A day ticket for the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen is €1.50 per person.

There are four entrances to enter the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen. Joppeweg 1 in de Zilk is the nearest entrance from the hotel. You can get here by car within 15 minutes. Parking at the Waterleidingduinen costs €2 per car.
