Bees

On the roof of our hotel, we have very special guests: the honeybees. These fascinating little creatures are taken care of with great care and love by our own beekeeper, Marei.

Marei ensures that the bees have the ideal conditions to thrive. The bees have been carefully selected. This special selection of bees is known for their friendly and non-aggressive nature. Marei has also provided beehives on the roof, where the bees can produce their honey.

Palace honing

The special thing is that these bees not only have a positive impact on the environment, but also on the taste buds of our guests. Thanks to our beekeeper, we can enjoy our own delicious Palace honey. The honey is carefully harvested and processed, before making its way to our restaurant.
