Bees
On the roof of our hotel we have very special guests: the honeybees. These fascinating little creatures are lovingly cared for by our own beekeeper, Marei.
Marei ensures that the bees have the ideal conditions to flourish. The bees are carefully selected. This particular selection of bees is known for their friendly and non-aggressive nature. Marei has also provided rooftop hives where the bees can produce their honey.
Palace honey
The special thing is that these bees not only have a positive impact on the environment, but also on the taste buds of our guests. In fact, thanks to our beekeeper, we can enjoy our own delicious Palace honey. The honey is carefully harvested and processed, after that it comes to our restaurant.
Restaurant Vloed uses our Palace honey in various dishes on the menu.
